- Fill out Discovery Paperwork. Once paperwork is completed IN FULL, send back to me and you can schedule a Free Complimentary Assessment. (If you would like to skip right to the Comprehensive Exam, you will have the option to do so).
- Schedule your Complimentary Assessment. The complimentary assessment is scheduled for 30 minutes and is held live online. We hit the “high points” of your Discovery Paperwork and decide if you are a good candidate for therapy. From here you will choose if you would like to schedule a Comprehensive Exam.
- Schedule your Comprehensive Exam. The Comprehensive Exam is scheduled for 1 hr 30 mins and is held live online. Prior to this exam you will send a series of photos and videos that are necessary to complete a thorough myofunctional assessment and exam. We do a deeper dive into your symptoms, and discuss your goals for therapy. We perform a complete myofunctional assessment and breathing demonstration. We will then decide which therapy option is right for you and I will send you an offer for therapy.
- Pay for Therapy and Schedule your first session. Once your therapy invoice is paid, I will get your Therapy Kit mailed to you, and we are ready to get started!
