Welcome to Flow Myofunctional Therapy

Lets work together to identify and correct orofacial myofunctional impairments and dysfunction so you can FLOW through life as your best and healthiest self!

Preparing for your Exam

Thank you for booking a comprehensive myofunctional exam with me. We don’t always need the full 90 minutes for your exam, but please set aside this amount of time to make sure we aren’t rushed!

Before our appointment there are a few things for you to know and do:

  1. You should receive a confirmation email with appointment details. Please make sure the information is correct and add it to your calendar.
  2. Search Flow Myofunctional Therapy on Skype and send me a request so I can add you. You will contact me right at your appointment time.
  3. Make sure your camera and audio are working.
  4. Make sure you are using the most up to date version of Chrome and Skype.
  5. Before each call, make sure all other programs that may use audio/video are closed, and place a call to the robot on Skype to test and make sure you are good to go for our call!
  6. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SENT ME YOUR DISCOVERY PAPERWORK at least 48 hours before your appointment time, but the sooner the better! This paperwork MUST be sent back to me as a PDF. If you have already done this for a free assessment, skip this step!
  7. Please follow the directions for the required photos below. Please make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page so you don’t miss anything! Share these photos with me via Google Drive or email them to me at kelsey@flowmyofunctionaltherapy.com

Thanks so much and I look forward to seeing you soon! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email me at kelsey@flowmyofunctionaltherapy.com.

PHOTOS AND DISCOVERY PAPERWORK MUST BE SENT AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. You can sent photos in a folder with Google Drive or directly to my email. Please make sure all photos are clear and not too blurry or dark! You may need to make sure your flash is on! A blurry or dark photo is not diagnostic and I will ask for retakes.
